WELCOME!

We’re glad you’re checking us out!  Let us know if you have any questions.

Worship

St. Luke’s has a combined worship service every Sunday at 10am. Music is a combination of traditional hymns and contemporary music. Each service includes traditional elements such as hymns, and creeds that we all read together. We have a chancel choir and a bell choir as well as a Praise Band.

The Message

Rev. Dr. Mike Gillen shares the message using Scripture as his primary source. He brings a message that applies God’s Word to our lives in clear, practical ways. He draws on life experience, and the culture we live in, to make what he shares relevant to the lives we lead every day.

People

At St. Luke’s you’ll be worshiping with ordinary people like you. Some have been members here a long time. Others have just found their way here and are exploring this thing called church, and the relationship God wants to have with us.  Every person here, including you, is important, and valued. You’ll like some of us more than others, you’ll learn more from some than others, but we’re all on a journey, seeking to grow closer to the God who came so close to us, and we’re happy to share that journey with you.

Kids

We want children to feel welcome at St. Luke’s.  Children aged six or above are welcome to stay in the sanctuary and worship with their families.  There is a church nursery for infants through age 5 who would rather move around than stay in worship.  We offer Children’s Church through age 5 in the Nursery during the service.  Everyone who works with our children are Safe Gatherings certified.

Sunday School

At 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM we have Sunday School opportunities for all ages. Check out each class and find the one that clicks with you. We’re on a journey together, and Sunday School is a great way to grow closer to God while connecting with others in the church.

Dress

Don’t worry too much about what you’re going to wear to church. Some people dress in their “Sunday Best.” Some dress very casually. Some are in between.  Nobody is going to tell you that you are wearing the wrong thing, no matter how you’re dressed. We’re just happy to have you here.
